For all cancellations, the £20 deposit payment will not be subject to a refund.

We are pleased to accommodate appointment rescheduling. However, if a request to reschedule your appointment occurs within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, a £10 charge will be incurred. Please note that rescheduling massages for the same day is not possible, and in such instances, refunds will not be provided.

In the event that you need to reschedule the appointment multiple times, a £10 charge will be applied for each subsequent rescheduling request.

Please note, if we have to cancel or rearrange your appointment at any time, £10 will be credited towards your next appointment.
